Yes. Our engineers service most common analyser, centrifuge, microscope and cold-storage brands, subject to spare-part availability, and we will tell you upfront if a unit is beyond economical repair.
Is installation included in the equipment price?expand_more
Installation, commissioning and initial user training are included on major instruments delivered within Uganda. Upcountry travel and accommodation, where required, are itemised in the quotation.
Can you help design a completely new laboratory?expand_more
We provide layout advice, workflow zoning, utility requirements and phased equipment lists so that a new laboratory can be commissioned in stages as funding is released.
How are spare parts and reagents supplied?expand_more
Fast-moving reagents and consumables are held locally and dispatched within 24–72 hours. Instrument-specific parts are ordered from the manufacturer with the lead time confirmed in writing.
